Students of The SEED School of Washington, DC worked with Starlight Mid-Atlantic to assemble Admit Kits for terminally ill children in hospitals in the DC Metro Area and beyond (Maryland, VA and Pennsylvania).<br><br>Admit Kits are Starlight Mid-Atlantic's way of helping children ease into long-term hospital stays smoothly. These kits contains items such as coloring books, crayons, stress balls, pillows and other items aimed at providing relief to the child that is dealing with the emotional turmoil of having a terminal illness. <br><br>On Saturday, April 25, 2009 students of The SEED School of Washington, DC will have the opportunity to deliver these kits to children in hospitals here in the DC Area and meet them as well to provide hope and encouragement to them as they deal with their individual struggles. <br>
